2Place pork chops in a resealable freezer bag.pork chops: 2 10 ounce

3Pour slightly more than 1/2 the marinade into freezer bag over pork chops.

4Seal bag and refrigerate for ⏱️ 6-8 hours .

5Combine red wine vinegar , white sugar , hot mustard powder , and egg yolk in a small saucepan.red wine vinegar: 4 tbsp, white sugar: 3 tbsp, hot mustard powder: 2 tbsp, egg yolk: 1

6Whisk over medium-low heat until slightly thickened, about ⏱️ 5 minutes .

7Remove from heat.

8Stir in creme fraiche , Dijon mustard , ground turmeric , and cayenne pepper to taste .creme fraiche: 1/3 c, Dijon mustard: 1 tsp, ground turmeric: 1/4 tsp, cayenne pepper to taste

9Refrigerate.

10Remove pork chops from marinade and pat dry.

11Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate.

12Cook pork chops on the preheated grill until browned grill marks appear, about ⏱️ 4 minutes per side.

13Move pork chops from directly above heat source.

14Continue cooking over indirect medium heat, brushing the remaining marinade on each side, until no longer pink inside, about ⏱️ 25 minutes .

15An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

16Serve pork chops topped with mustard sauce.
